This place is fine. The location in Paonia couldn’t be better, walkable to everywhere in town. We only met the housekeeper and she was super friendly, the room was really clean, and I appreciated the commitment to waste reduction with the shampoo/soap dispensers, refillable water bottle, & ceramic cups. Blackout curtains would make the room perfect. The bed was like a big marshmallow. Room has fridge!

Beautiful kept property and a wonderful hosts!! Very clean and comfortable!! Third time staying and we will be back!!

Such a welcoming, peaceful spot to land in western Colorado. I stayed in a standard room, and it was comfortable, spotless, and perfect. The location is an easy walk to restaurants in town, and there's so much Rocky Mountain beauty to access in moments by car.

Stay was good. Internet was very slow in the room and made it hard to get work done in the evening. If you are looking for a quiet night and good sleep this is the spot. Side note: Verizon coverage in Paonia is non existent.

Looked like an older motel outside but was pleasantly surprised to see a completely updated standard room inside. A relaxing courtyard too. Everything needed was there and it was in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. John in the office was very personable and helpful. Wi-fi was spotty.

I loved this property and hope to stay here again. It’s not far from Estes Park or the Rocky Mountain’s. It’s incredibly quiet and the room is very cozy. The shower was amazing and so was the smart tv!

We had the unit over the office, the former owner's 1 bedroom and loft. It was fantastic. Very clean, plenty of space for 5 of us, and the location was excellent. The grounds are beautiful also.

Nice room with plenty of space and real coffee mugs, plates and wine glasses (not plastic or styrofoam). Just a couple of blocks from the main street. Very pleasant stay.
