The apartment is tiny and built into the ceiling so there is very little space in which you can stand up. .Usable floor space is minimal. Apart from toilet paper nothing provided..not even a teabag!

Quando siamo arrivati c’erano altre persone che sono andate via subito ma l’appartamento ci è stato consegnato la sera. C’erano lavori in corso a fianco dell’appartamento con rumori forti il terrazzo era invivibile

Ubytovanie sídli vedla staveniska ,o ktorom nie he vobec zmienene a pride vam email o pracach na stavbe az ked ste ubytovani . Od rana tam pracovali robotnici so zbíjačkami a bol tam strašny buchot čize sme si vobec neoddychli a tobôž nie naš trojročny syn.Išli sme si na dovolenku oddychnuť nie trpieť a byť unaveny z neustaleho buchotu. Žiadame finančne odškodnenie!Ďalšie negativum je parkovanie, domaca pani nam poslala mail ze oproti ubytovaniu je parkovisko za 3,5€ na deň , po skončeni pobytu sme išli parkovisko zaplatiť a tam nam povedali že 3,5€ ale na hodinu takze naš pobyt sa predražil o 320€….
CHLa situation de l'appartement est très appréciable. il est tout proche du centre ville. L'appartement est spacieux et propre. Le lit est confortable.
L'annonce parle d'une terrasse or il s'agit d'une cour intérieure avec tous les appareils des climatiseur qui étouffe de chaleur l'endroit. De plus, la chambre étant juste à côté de la "terrasse" le bruit des climatiseurs est infernal toute la nuit.
GBThe apartment is in an excellent location to enjoy everything Rovinj has to offer. We notified the hosts that the shower head was not adequately working and it was quickly rectified.
The apartment description does not reveal that it is directly adjacent to an active building site. Works started between 7am and 9am weekdays causing persistent and intrusive banging and vibrations within the apartment. This should be clearly advertised and transparent at the point of booking. We were disappointed not to have the experience we paid for in this context.
DEGreat location and provided everything we needed to stay in the house for a couple days.
The air conditioning units outside the bedroom were so noisy making it difficult to sleep.
