son muy amables es lo que me gusto y lo que no me gusto fue el problema con el agua del baño salia muy fria o muy caliente no se pudo nunca regular y muy chiquito el baño

Everything was excellent, I highly recommend. It is a brilliant hotel in a great location!

I want to emphasize the friendliness of the staff. Every single person we spoke to and interacted with were beyond friendly and helpful. The desk agent that worked the late afternoon on the day that we arrived was very accommodating and made us feel at home instantly. The servers in the dining area are super attentive and fast. This is a fun hotel with very interesting and creative decor. If we ever have to travel to Zapopan again, we will definitely book our stay here.

Never stay in this hotel . Has mold everywhere in the room . The shower is not working, the internet was down

I was confused with the pet policy but it overall worked out.

La Mansión was a very unique stay. It’s an oasis in a big metropolis. Chapalita is great. So many awesome restaurants, cafes, and shops all in a few blocks. The interior was funky and castle like. The pool was beautiful and lovely to stick your feet in after a long day exploring. But what made our stay great was the staff. They were all so friendly and caring. I’d definitely stay again.
