Everyone was very attentive, overall the hotel is super clean and comfortable and price is reasonable

I can’t pick any situation that didn’t like but I could suggest to management to improve with some remote control for the garage so we don’t have to bother the staff every time I need to get out or in to enclosed parking space

The house is quite interesting, very winding. Garden & pool are nice. Room was good, slept well.

Breakfast was rather small.

The staff was warm and friendly. The presidential room was very nice with a sauna in the room. All good here! Great price, value and experience! I would return again.

Super cool boutique with lots of charm

Beautiful hotel in a good area and easy access in and out of Guadalajara.

It’s way too noisy. You can hear everything happening around the hotel at all hours. Maybe it’s because our room was the first after the stairs but I didn’t sleep a wink (guests fault, not hotel, but they didn’t do/offer anything to make us more comfortable, after we helped them with a difficult guest).
