Nous avons bien aimé son emplacement proche des magasins d'alimentation et des restaurants (tout se fait à pied). Le stationnement dans la rue peut être difficile. (mais pour nous pas de problèmes). C'est un endroit calme.

Il était mentionné vue sur la ville mais c'est impossible donc totalement faux . Pas d'ustensiles de cuisine (la seule poêle est dans un état lamentable) Pas de micro-ondes. Des serviettes de toilettes toutes humides, en demandant l'échange nous en avons reçu 1 avec un gros trou et déchirée (il a fallu en redemander une autre). Le lendemain de notre arrivée plus d'eau chaude - obligé de changer de logement (un peu plus grand -merci- mais toujours une catastrophe au niveau ustensiles de cuisine). Problème de douche bouchée, après ma demande on m'a dit que c’était fait alors que rien n'avait changé. Forte odeur d'égouts également

The bed was comfortable and the unit had things we would need if staying longer. The neighbourhood was nice.

Upon arrival after 30hrs travel, the room i booked and paid for months in advance was not the room I received. I booked an upper level suite with balcony overlooking the city. I was put in a small room with no balcony. I went to the desk and showed the booking and they simply said the system has new in the room I got. I firmly expressed my dissatisfaction as I booked a specific room for the balcony and had paid and they made no effort to reimburse cost or rectify it. Eventually he agreed to put me in a room with a terrace but it was bottom floor with no view outside. Terrible customer service, and I felt scammed. The room didn't feel very clean. I was pleased to have a washer dryer combo but the dryer didn't seem to work. We asked about it and they said it worked but didn't make any effort to explain how or come show us. We ended up carrying wet laundry to our next destination and having to find a laundromat.
