Ηταν υπόγειο, δεν είχε παράθυρο, δεν έμπαινε το wi fi ήταν μικρό για 2 άτομα και δυσανάλογη η τιμή βραδιάς με με βάση το κατάλυμα. 170 ευρώ τη βραδιά για ένα δωμάτιο στο υπόγειο χωρίς παράθυρο και χώρος ίσα ίσα να περνάς στο κυρίως δωμάτιο. Το μπάνιο άνετο.

Große schöne Wohnung, direkt mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist komplett neu saniert und hat alles was man benötigt.

le bruit, j'ai été réveillée tous les jours par le personnel du ménage je suppose, ils ouvraient le local juste à l'entrée et cela faisait un grand bruit, j'occupais la chambre 1, c'est peut-être pour cela. Et il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble en face et de même beaucoup de bruit de machine, la grue qui monte les briques, etc.... Au niveau propreté, ménage tous les jours, bien dans l'ensemble mais il y avait aussi des petits et plus gros cafards

Wir durften sehr schnell und unkompliziert umziehen, weil das Zimmer unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt hat. Danach waren wir super zufrieden.

Unser erstes Zimmer war sehr klein, ohne Fenster im UG, riechte schlecht.

Location was great. Room was clean and tidy and fit for purpose 100 percent. Would of liked a window for the room and a decent bath Matt for the shower but other than that great! Anu the female member of staff was amazing and a pleasure to deal with! As well as her colleagues who I did not get the name of. They are working to a very high standard and should be rewarded as such.

No window or shower curtain / mat. But overall 8:10

Good location.

I was very shocked when I entered the room I had booked with you at Capital Inn through Booking.com. The room was located in a basement with no windows and is entirely unsuitable for accommodation. There was a strong musty smell, and the room was dirty, untidy, and showed signs of mold on the walls. I did take photos to document the condition. I believed I was booking a reasonable standard of accommodation, but that was far from acceptable. I would never have booked a room without a window, and there was no indication on the booking page that the room is windowless, let alone in such poor condition. After a few communication with the customer service they stopped answering my mails and phone calls and communication through whats up, wich was very strange and they also refused to arrange a meeting with the manager, to find an appropriate solution.
