"Poor quality AC units."

Clean and new. Smelled of wonderful fresh cut pine.

Poor quality AC units that can't handle the "Texas heat". So poor that the management wants to charge you a huge fine for dropping the thermostat below 70° because it freezes up. We were unable to stay due to AC failure.

The location is PERFECT! The place is so clean and fresh!

The neighboring yard has very loud music. If any of the other houses leave on their porch light then it is very bright in your sleeping room.
