Fabuleux.Chambre magnifique !!! Emplacement au top en plein coeur de LaValette. La literie est au top ! Merci au personnel d'avoir été présent pour réceptionner nos bagages plus tôt que prévu à notre arrivée et de les avoir gardés avant notre départ.

Malheureusement la lumière du balcon reste allumée toute la nuit.

Location is brilliant. Room and bathroom were nice. TV was huge ! Had wireless phone charging built into the desk. We arrived earlier than expected and the check in staff went the extra mile to find us a room that had already been cleaned and was available. Very friendly staff.

Codes ! Needed a code for the lift, and a code for the room (not a key or card). Unfortunately, our room code didn't work and we couldn't get back into our room. However, this turned out to be because our room was booked for 3pm and we were trying to get back into it prior to 3pm. The hotel staff were trying to be helpful, but their communication skills were not great - they seemed distracted or maybe just didn't speak english very well. What was unusual is that the entrance and check-in desk is actually in a public area - in Starbucks, but not a problem. The problem was (which I have reported to Booking.com) is that they left their check-in PC unattended and unlocked in a public place, seemingly for the whole night (we saw it like this at 3pm, 8pm and the following morning at 8am). Shocking given how many IT security breaches and incidents there have been in recent years.

I really liked the woman who checked us in-she was wonderful. Thorough, helpful, friendly and competent. The room size was great, it was clean, I liked the refrigerator in the room. The hotel location and security were excellent. Communicating with the hotel on what’s app was fabulous and the staff was excellent in responding to issues. The room was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again.

I booked a double bed and instead had two twins pushed together and made up separately. The pillows were huge and high. By night two I had a flatter pillow which was appreciated. By night three there were sheets between the two mattresses and double sheets on the bed with a double comforter making nights 3&4 much better.
