Perfect location and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Starbucks cafe on the ground floor instead of the hotel lobby. Really disappointing. No breakfast room, one needs to book the breakfast from the Starbucks menu and the choice is very limited.

Прекрасный отель, в самом центре, в двух минутах ходьбы от автовокзала. Красивый, просторный номер. Всё было замечательно. Обязательно вернёмся.

Muy céntrico, en una calle peatonal cerca de comercios, bares, restaurantes. La recepción se encuentra dentro del Starbucks, un poco extraño... Pero por lo demás, Super correcto!!!

La habitación era espaciosa. La localización era perfecta. Bien insonorizado con el exterior. Personal muy amable a la llegada.

Había mosquitos que no sabíamos de donde llegaban. La ducha inundaba todo el baño. Se escuchaban ruidos de las otras habitaciones facilmente.

Very comfy rooms, and fantastic location. Breakfast always arrived on time and the hotel team were superb.

Could be rather noisy in the morning with furniture being dragged on hard floors.

Amazing experience. The entrence is from Starbucks. You receive all the information by e-mail regarding the entrence codes (lift,room and door) Although there is no physical reception, there is still a person available at any time and can help you on WhatsApp or in person (if you talk to Starbucks employees) The employees are very nice and kind and help you with whatever you need. It is in the city center (near the Gate and the main bus station) with coffee shops and restaurants. Also is very close to the main attractions. The room was small and clean, but equipped with everything we needed (hair dryer, fridge, bathroom supplies, iron). The only minus, if I may say so, is that the towels were quite worn (one of them was torn). However, I must mention that I did not report this to the hotel during my stay because it was too insignificant.

I liked the hotel for its location, comfort, and very helfull staff.

The breakfast was very poor, not continental, with only basic items — lis free of charge served in room-Starbucks products food or from another restaurant, because the main enzrance in the hotel is through Starbucks restaurant.

Only one con (and outside of their control) - due to being so central, there is noise from the street. It was not enough to affect my stay, but worth noting that church bells, drilling/maintenance, drunk tourists can be heard. Not super loud, but enough to notice

Location definately, everything was close, i could not imagine better one. For me digital touch (no recpetion, access codes etc) was fine but it might be a struggle for someone. Communication was clear and precise. Room was spacious enough with all needed amenities.

Bathrom had some strange smell all 4 days but it might be due to sewage in general since it is an island
