Nice pool, good location close to Perama for Gilli T transfer, close to beach and food.,

Good room, fridge, bed.

They confirmed we can extend our stay, then another day said we have to check out within an hour because of misscomunication in their team.

I liked the workers. They were very kind and friendly. I am impressed with how well they spoke and understood English!!! It was the friendliness of the staff that kept us there after discovering the bathroom.

The bathroom was disgusting. It was dirty and smelled horrible. There was no way to get rid of the smell. They cleaned the drainpipe from the shower but it was still unbearable. The solution offered was a chemical mothball type thing. We settled for keeping the garbage can (filthy and never cleaned) on top of the drain and keeping the bathroom exhaust fan on. We also kept our door open to the outside whenever we were in to bring in fresh air. The other two units beside ours had the same smell.

Swimming Pool just facing my room, Breakfast no bad.

. First day no breakfast provided, staff never informed us must reserv for breakfast first, and at morning no staff at counter, then we just find food at out side. Second and third days the breakfast not bad and delicious and on time delivery. No soup, one towel provided, no slipper, no glass and no toilet paper, asked only given. The frame of picture dusty..

Location is obvious, short walking distance to Kuta main attractions. I have to say in all fairness, this is cheap hotel so do not expect too much. Though I was surprised knowing how clean the room is and it is spacious. Shower with hot water. Linen and towels also freshly laundered. Staff very helpful. A plus is small dipping pool, which is quite nice to have, and it's well maintained pool. If you need short stay with minimum budget this place is worth to considered. Plenty restaurants around. To sum: in the heart of Kuta, cheap & clean

Shower water pressure is not so good, but it's compensated with the hot water.

There Is no lift facility...You have to climb very inclined steps. ..😁
