"Richtig schönes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub"

Die Einrichtung ist super schön, modern, zum wohlfühlen. Service und Dame am Empfang sehr freundlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und super lecker! 10 Minuten von der Obermain Therme.

Leider direkt an der Hauptstraße, keine Belüftung im Bad, man hört den Bahnhof sehr deutlich (Züge, Durchsagen)

"Nie mehr wieder Stadt-Hotel in Lichtenfels!"

Das Frühstück war gut.

Es war klar, dass das Hotel nicht behindertengerecht sein würde. Es ist jedoch noch nicht mal barrierefrei - womit es sehr wohl wirbt! Bereits am Eingang ist eine Stufe, der Aufzug ist zu klein für einen Rollstuhl und das Badzimmer ist viel zu klein! Die Eingangstür zum Bad ist zu eng und kann nur im 90 Grad-Winkel passiert werden. Die reinste Jonglierleistung für einen halbseitig gelähmten Menschen und dessen Begleitung! Nicht einmal ein einziger Haltegriff ist vorhanden und der angepriesene Duschstuhl war lediglich ein Duschhocker. Immerhin hat eine Dame vom Personal einen Gartenstuhl privat von zuhause bringen lassen! - Der Chef des Hauses legt keinerlei Wert auf eine Ausstattung für Menschen, die in igendeiner Art und Weise eingeschränkt sind!
