Superlative Apartment with Valletta and Harbour Views

The property was a great location with amazing views. It was very clean and spacious.

The mattress was so uncomfortable! We stayed for a week and it was one of the worst beds I’ve slept in. Also place slept 4 people but only 2 seats on the balcony when there was more than enough room for 4.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, the views are insane and the place is just so modern. Kitchen is well equipped if you were to stay for long, shower is good and hot and towels were provided. Ac worked well and must have been clean because it didn’t make us sick. 2 big tvs with multiple apps like YouTube etc if you want to listen to music. The location is absolutely perfect for a young couple, there are plenty of restaurants in Sliema, however they aren’t the nicest ones compared to what is offered in st Julian’s or Valetta, but I would still stay here again as a taxi to either place was only 5€ every night, and we got the peace and quiet and lovely views of our apartment. Edward was so friendly and gave us so many recommendations for the week we were there, and the option of keeping luggage for you on last day is extremely convenient, a great service not many people offer.

The only thing to keep in mind is the ants. For us, we didn’t mind, but we wish we were warned before, as clearly it is a well known issue. There isn’t a problem unless you leave food out. We spent a lot of money on groceries, and put most of it in fridge but left basics like bread etc on the countertop and in the morning ants had broken through packaging of it and spoiled all our food. For the rest of the holiday we just made sure everything was in the fridge and that was perfect, we just wish we were warned before as we spent a lot of money on groceries. This is not a complaint, just something for people to keep in mind!! The place is still 10/10 and we still would 100% stay here again if we return to Malta! Thank you

The location of this 2nd floor apartment is spectacular, as advertised, with great views across the harbour and convenient for the ferry, shops and restaurants. The initial impression was good with high end appliances and good air con provision.

We soon found out that it was very badly maintained and the crockery, glasses and cookware supplied were insufficient for a party of 4. We didn't use the balcony as road noise is horrendous all day and night. Fortunately both bedrooms are at the rear. We encountered many serious issues from the beginning - no TV, internet, WiFi until the afternoon of the second day, microwave inoperable, freezer iced up and unusable, washing machine failed due to blocked filter, sink didn't hold water and the tap was loose, dangerous adaptor for the kettle, stained bed linen and dirty socks left in bedroom drawer. We had to make several phone calls to Buenavista in an attempt to resolve the issues, wasting precious holiday time, but not all were sorted out by the time we left.

The view from the balcony was SUPER. Watching the small boats, and all the people moving on the Promenade - GREAT.

Easy access with roadside keypad and lift to the apartment which had a key lock box. The bedrooms, living and balcony areas were large in size, and the property was clean. Excellent location with numerous restaurants, bars & shops within a 100 metres. Bus stop right outside and a 5–10-minute walk to the Valletta ferry. Quiet location with excellent views across the harbour to Valletta. Property Manager were very responsive in communications.

All first world issues. We support other guests views that 2 additional chairs on the balcony would be great although we simply took a couple of chairs from the dining table outside. No plug to stop water escaping in the kitchen sink when trying to wash the dishes.

Walked into dirty bed linens absolutely disgusting all stained . Mould all over one bedroom wall had to ring and waist my valuable time while they came and washed and repainted wall .. bed fell through .. toilet . Drain faulty .. every day something different.. ringing and waiting for contractors to come .. not really enjoyable.. shame place us in a beautiful location .. but not looked after.. mould in showers as well .. for this price you should get a decent accomodation with no problems ! Plugs wouldn’t fit in wall ..

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία. Τεράστιο διαμέρισμα με φανταστική θέα. Τρία μπάνια , δύο δωμάτια , τεράστια κουζίνα με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Άνετο μεγάλο σαλόνι με τεράστια τζαμαρία και θέα στη Βαλέτα!!!!
