Cheap , clean , good

The location is good.

Room design & nice lighting. When we sleep, we turn off the lamp instead of the bedroom lamp or toilet lamp.

Room 103, water too slow

Nothing much.

Toilet sink not properly maintained.

Staff was ok. Not far from Airport

I like the service from the staff, the location is good near many convenience store and restaurant and the room good.

The towel provided is not totally clean because I can see so many stains, the remote control they provided for aircond is not functioning, and noise at late night.

1. I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major letdown. Upon arrival, I was greeted with little to no friendliness or warmth. 2. When I asked for confirmation on something, I was met with an impatient attitude. Customer service is key to a positive hotel experience, and sadly, that was lacking here. I hope they improve their service in the future. 3. I spotted a cockroach crawling across the table. It’s clear that this hotel doesn’t prioritize cleanliness or pest control.

Cigarette smell from another room
