Old Town Stay Hotel

Location is outstanding. Can easily walk to all the major sites and separate islands/neighborhoods. Breakfast was very good. Very clean. Mini kitchen with fridge, freezer and stove top was an unexpected.bonus.

No air conditioning. Floor fan helped, but summer nights are VERY hot.

No air-conditioning. Not even a fan. It took a long time to fall asleep due to the extreme heat inside the apartment. Second bed was really uncomfortable. Expensive for this hotel related to what you get. Noisy long into the night.

Breakfast was great. I think it would benefit from have a perspect cover over the cereal as a little girl sneezed multiple times.

The room was nice, clean, and provided everything needed. Though the room was small it was perfect for our family's stay. It was also in a great location!

The bedroom had no ventilation and so was very hot. There was a fan provided, but we had to place it in the main walkway so it could provide air to both the living room bed and the bedroom. Which was only partially helpful.

Close to major sites. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.

There really isn’t any human contact. If you’re driving into the city, there is no direction or help for parking. Would be very helpful if the owners you are renting from put together a helpful list. We spent three hours trying to figure out where to park and almost left and would have eaten the nonrefundable stay because we felt we had no other option. When someone finally responded to us, they said find parking by waterfront. There was none. It almost ruined our entire vacation. The language and culture is unfamiliar to us, as is the rules to parking in a city. We actually found a friendly person at the Hilton who helped us despite the fact we weren’t staying there. He saved our vacation. I wish I had spent the extra $ to have stayed there.

Room was smaller than expected, but it was just fine.

The location is spectacular. The breakfast was really nice too!

While this is a hotel, you are pretty much on your own. My entire conversation with the reception team was through a microphone (than an actual person). Even European hostels had better reception desks. The washroom could have been better equipped too.

great location in old town

NO lift/elevator above reception. From the street, a lift takes you to reception on 2nd floor … but we then had to carry our bags up to the 4th floor. Wifi in our room was weak. Breakfast was marginal.
