"Very Friendly"

staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Very close to the tower for the northern soul weekender.

Everything was good. Perhaps could do with more than 1 hour to have breakfast.

"We all enjoyed our holiday"

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. And breakfast was tasty.

The only thing i could mention here is that the room was a bit tight for 5 people.

The bedding was dirty and I have pictures… something has bitten me… no hot water for a wash no tv ….. room was so dirty… I would never advise anyone to stay there. I didn’t eat there because of seeing the dirty kitchen while the door was open … it spoiled my break
