- Sehr gutes Frühstück mit schöner Auswahl. - gutes Bett und im Badezimmer waren auch Waschlappen bereit. - Jeden Tag stand eine Flasche frisches Mineralwasser bereit - nicht nur am ersten Tag! - Tolles Restaurant/Bar auf dem Dach mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Der Hoteleingang war nach 23.00 Uhr geschlossen und wir wurden beim einchecken nicht darauf hingewiesen.

Gute Lage zur Altstadt;

Viel Staub im Zimmer. Das Reinigen des Zimmers und das Bettenmachen klappte nicht. Benutzte Wassergläser und Kaffeetasse standen 3 Tage im Zimmer. Safe anfangs und eine TV Fernbedienung nicht funktionsfähig. Würde nicht mehr buchen, da kein verlässlicher Service geboten wird. Millimeterdicker Staub im Regal des Kühlschranks. Wir vermissten Komfort und Sauberkeit.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels,der Empfangsservice an der Rezeption -tolle Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Wir haben die Reinigungskarte am Abend zuvor nach außen gehängt,leider wurde am nächsten Tag unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt.Nicht so schlimm,wir waren zu dritt nur 2 Nächte.

Trotz zentraler Lage ziemlich ruhig gelegen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. WLAN-Empfang auch gut.

Dusche ist nur mit Glasscheibe vom Badezimmer getrennt. Etwas Vorsicht beim Duschen.
