Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Da ich schwerbeschädigt und auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen bin, habe ich vorher das Hotel hiervon informiert. Sofort habe ich die Zusage erhalten, dass ein Rollstuhl gerechtes Zimmer für uns vorgesehen ist. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wurden wir hervorragend betreut. Das Frühstück war einfach hervorragend, das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage unterstellen.

Excellent stay – highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Eurostars Ambassador and couldn't recommend it more! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The team at the reception was polite, professional, and extremely helpful with everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A standout highlight of our trip was celebrating my birthday there; the hotel kindly surprised us by sending a small bottle of sparkling wine and fresh fruits to our room, which my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch! The amenities were good as well. The staff at the bar provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was high quality with plenty of delicious options to start the day. To top it all off, they generously granted us a late check-out, which made our departure stress-free and smooth. The location is also unbeatable—practically right on Andrássy Avenue, making it incredibly convenient and close to absolutely everything. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely be back!

We had an inside room with a view to the small internal garden. Limited tv channels (not that we needed them)
