In meinem Fall war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis okay.

In einem Hotel, das auf Gruppenreisen ausgerichtet ist, fallen Einzelreisende leider immer etwas hinten runter. Digital wurde mir die Buchung des Abendessens verwehrt, analog ( an der Rezeption ) konnte ich zwar einen Tisch reservieren, anschließend wurde meine Reservierung telefonisch jedoch eingeschränkt. Mein Fahrrad musste ich draußen stehen lassen, weil die Schließanlage falsch programmiert war. Die RezeptionistInnen klagten über Personalmangel. Die angegebenen Öffnungsstunden konnten nicht eingehalten werden. Personaleinsparung finde ich gerade für ein Hotel sehr schade, dass Inklusion im Programm hat und vom Land gefördert wird.
