ZWThe property was not bad but not the property that I had booked.
The property that we booked was changed TWICE. And because of that it was not to our expectations. We were emailed a few days before the stay started and told our property had been changed. And we were given details of the new property that we were being housed in, which was similar to the one we had selected initially. BUT upon arrival we were allocated a completely different property and a different location. Initially one of the managers said it was because there was a breakage of some sort in the one that we were supposed to get but another manager an hour later came up with a very different explanation. Unbelievable and very suspicious.

NLThe property is located in the perfect area- close to shops, restaurants and the touristy things for those who need it. It has a gorgeous view over Table Mountain with a great balcony and space inside the apartment. The main bathroom ensuite is beautiful and the apartment is nice and spacious.
The general cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment was very poor with dust, old till slips and papers under the couch cushion covers and sadly unwashed sheets on arrival. There were so many hairs in both of the beds,eeeeek! Thankfully the housekeeping were quick to change the sheets the following day. The toilet in the main room had a strong sewerage smell so we had to leave the fan on. Unstable wi-fi that disconnected on a regular basis and then asking to login again each time.
ZALocation was brilliant.
The apartment needs serious maintenance. The place is run down & dated. Stack doors do not open / broken. Bar / kitchen chairs broken. Wall paper peeling. It is adverted as a two bedroom with jacuzzi. But the jacuzzi does not work and was no water in int either. Sun loungers are also worn out and broken.
ZAI had no wifi the entire weekend but the ad mentioned the unit has wifi. The unit was very dusty like it was not cleaned and dishwasher could not be used as it had a horrible smell
