EC Reed's Mercantile and Hotel

Very clean. Great lighting. We stayed in room 9 which was smaller than my last stateroom on a cruise. It was terribly tight and my husband and I had a difficult time trying to get dressed or even move without running into each other. This room is way too small for 2 people of average size. Lacked electrical outlets, and there was no place to put things. The commode was very small. We would not stay here again.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. I would recommend EC Reed’s. If we ever get a chance we definitely will go back.

Small boutique hotel with updated rooms. Welcoming staff. Comfortable room. Good shower (non-slip tub with good water pressure and shower head). Lots of lighting which made it good for reading. Comfy bed. Good coffee. Muffins provided in the morning. Good restaurants nearby. Ice machine was available. Good parking. Quiet location.

The toilet seat was loose. Room was on the small side with small TV. Limited number of towels. Fridge had a very small freezer for freezer pack storage. No closet but hooks were provided. The door to the room wasn't a tight fit and with the hallway lights left on for the entire night, there was a lot of light flowing into the room.

I absolutely loved it! It's a really quiet, cute place that has more of a B&B feel than a hotel. My room was nicely decorated and the staff was great and accommodating. You definitely won't be disappointed if you stay here😊

Located in a recently/on-going historic building. Very clean with very friendly staff. Can't wait to get back once the soda fountain opens.

What a great place <3 It was a joy to stay in a little slice of history that has been beautifully re-purposed. It was clean, beautiful and full of love. The lovely receptionist was kind and caring which is a precious gift in our world today! THANK YOU!

The property was very clean and attractive. It was a boutique style design and family owned. The hostess was very helpful and went above and beyond to assure the hotel was clean and stocked with anything you may need including an open snack bar available any hour. We were very pleased with the stay and the area was safe and quiet. Five stars from us!
