The location out of everything was the best.

Very poor service. Housekeeping was not up to standard. As being an overseas visitor, I had expected to be provided with a good service. Not a good exp.

The female dorm room was really nice, there were lockers (a bit small but alright to hold valuables) and air conditioning. The mattress was comfortable and the room is a good size. It is definitely not as crowded as some of the neighbouring hostels. The room had an en suite with a nice shower, the only downside was the lock on the door being broken.

Please read the reviews - they are accurate! We were meant to stay 4 nights, only stayed 1 night. We changed hotels. Extremely dirty, cockroaches, no proper blinds, brown towels, stains on sheets, no blinds in bathroom. It's a hostel - the photos/property description do not show this. We ended up changing hotels. The price is also very expensive for what you get.

The location was ok,

Sadly the rooms very small and the bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, this was mentioned to the front desk staff, and unfortunately nothing was done or no one came to inspect that the double/queen bed half was very low, and the other half was high... in addition to this, we were not given the information's that if we wanted our room services to leave our keys at the front desk....the Food quality and service also need improvement. I understand the Fiji Time, but when you are only a group of 4 waiting for your food order and took almost 2 hours it is ridiculous.
