Schöne Aussicht!

Speisekarte fehlten kleinere Gerichte!!

Na recepci stála mladá žena která ani ne pozdravila , už ne mluvím za úsměv a nebo příjemné přivítání. Celou dlouhou dobu registraci ukazovala svým pohledem ze něco se ji ne líbí. Přijeli jsme v toto ubytování oslavit mé narozeniny ale po uvítaní už byla strávená chuť zůstat tady na večeři . Tak jsme si rozhodli že půjdeme večeřet a snídat do jiného hotely u jezera . Kde byl servis opravdu na úrovni. Další věc že v 2026 roce už můžou být modernější jak varná deska a také vypínače, za tyto peníze.

I really liked the hotel facilities, especially the view, the restaurant, and the kids’ play area.

Unfortunately, I booked a room with a mountain view, but we were given the opposite side with a very poor view. The employee was not helpful at all, and the supervisor was unavailable. I had no choice but to accept the alternative room since this was only a one-night stop for us. The whole situation was very disappointing and upsetting.

Mega gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Dafür zahlt man gerne extra. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Kleiner Innenpool mit viele Liegen. Traumhafte Lage und Aussicht auf den See. Sehr kinderfreundliches Restaurant.

Eine zusätzliche Lampe über den Bett wäre noch perfekt gewesen, da es abends sonst etwas dunkel ist. Aber das ist das einzige Manko.
