Trails End Bed and Breakfast

We had a wonderful stay! Ken and Denise are wonderful hosts at their B&B. The home is beautiful! Our room was comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities and special touches including wine and cheese and baked goodies. The made to order breakfast was just fantastic and they really go out of their way to make that a memorable experience! We would definitely recommend this B&B and will stay again if we make our way back to Jim Thorpe.

Lovely home with very nicely remodeled and furnished rooms done with excellent care, materials, and craftsmanship. Wonderful hosts, and an incredible breakfast each morning. About a 20 minute walk to the train station, which we did each day and never touched our car the whole weekend. When we stay in Jim Thorpe again, it will be here again if at all possible.

Amazing Place with even more amazing hosts. The breakfast is unmatched, plus a-lot of food. Stayed in Broadway room, probably the smallest that is offered, super nice and clean. Also really nice and updated bathroom. Great backyard with 2 fire-pits and off street parking.

Very beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast but very happy that we did. Ken and Denise made you feel very comfortable and went out of their way to make our stay there a great experience. The breakfasts were the best we ever had. Bnb house is gorgeous and fully updated. It was walkable to downtown. My room (opera suite) was large and had an amazing bathroom with separate tub and shower. The backyard was like a fairyland. Breakfast at 9 each morning was fantastic, coffee, tea, juice, fruit, and your choice of about 9 different breakfasts. You won't go hungry. The hosts renovated the house themselves, it is beautiful. Parking was off street.

There was designated parking at the property. Fire pits and lounge area in the back yard was peaceful. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Breakfast made in the mornings were hearty and delicious- you will not need to eat another meal until dinner.

We had a wonderful weekend. Ken and Denise were wonderful host. Breakfast was truly delicious, we did not have to eat again until dinner. The room were beautiful. We would definitely go back.

Our stay in the Switchback Bed & Breakfast was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The decor of the house, the features throughout, welcome cheese and wine, and breakfast were excellent touches. As if those features weren’t enough, the proprietors, Denise and Ken, are excellent hosts who care about their guests. If you are looking to stay in Jim Thorpe, look no further. The Trails End B&B will hit every mark. The location is perfect. You can park and walk to town. The beds are the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in outside of our own bed. And that’s hard to come by. The rooms are clean and charming but very updated. Ken makes an amazing breakfast. He makes perfection. You will not be disappointed. In fact, it will be hard to choose and you will be left wishing you could have stayed longer to try it all. He is very accommodating. He even told us where we could buy scrapple and said he’d cook it for us. Denise and Ken do not make you feel like you are a transaction. They make you feel welcome, like family. They want you to come back. They want you to be happy and enjoy your stay. From the moment we checked in and enjoyed some wine and cheese and got to chatting, to the moment we checked out and Ken made sure we had a to go breakfast, as we couldn’t stay to eat in, we felt taken care of. We chose to stay based on all the 10/10 reviews. They weren’t lying. This really is a 10/10 B&B. It will not disappoint.
