Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Profesjonalny personel. Bardzo czysto. Łóżko wygodne. Lokalizacja super- w samym centrum starego miasta. Nie mam żadnych uwag.

I looved this cute boutique Hotel in the Heart of Ljubljana. Its situated directly on the river Ljubljanica in the city center. I had a room on the 4th floor, it was super clean and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was in an adorable atrium and the staff was super nice!

The rooms are not good isolated. I had someone above me walk “on my head” for the majority of my stay, which made it pretty hard to relax - which should not really be the case especially not for a 4 star hotel. The hotel is on the pricier side, especially for Slovenian standards.

Excellent city centre location, within a short walking distance of all the sights and bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, modern and full of charm. The room was well equipped, nicely decorated and quiet during the night. The breakfast selection and quality of food was superb and was well topped up during service. We would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Room was a little on the warm side and couldn’t seem to get air con working.

Very kind and friendly staff made the whole experience memorable from the moment we checked in. Made us feel welcome, provided information on how to we can move around the city and we were offered some delicious tea during the check in procedure. Amazing location where you could get wherever you wanted literally in a matter of minutes. The premises and the room were absolutely clean, comfortable bed, room had lots of space with very nice touches in the interior decoration. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying and provided options for every kind of taste. Staff made sure to check everything and resupply oftenly. Hotel Heritage is definitely a place I would recommend without a second thought as a top accomodation suggestion for anyone thinking of visiting Liubliana.
