Το πρώτο πράγμα που βλέπεις με το που φτάσεις στον όροφο με το ασανσέρ είναι πεταμένα πράγματα από τις καθαρίστριες, σακούλες με άπλυτα, ενα ψυγειο και μια ακαταστασία, στη συνέχεια το δωμάτιο στις φωτογραφίες της booking φαινόταν πολύ πιο ωραίο από ότι στην πραγματικότητα, το κρεβάτι είχε λακκούβα στο κέντρο και δεν μπορώ να πω ότι οι πετσέτες δεν έδιναν την αίσθηση της απόλυτης καθαριότητας, καθώς είχαν κάποιους λεκέδες, στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο ένα προϊόν για μαλλιά, σώμα και χέρια μαζί, χωρίς ούτε ένα ξεχωριστό σαπούνι για τα χέρια στον νιπτήρα, κάτι που θεωρώ βασική παροχή. Επιπλέον, η κουρτίνα του δωματίου δεν κάλυπτε ολόκληρο το παράθυρο, με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως από νωρίς το πρωί.

The dirtiest place and everything in it I’ve ever been in my life from Booking. There was no even a hand soap. Smells like mold. The balcony had an external air conditioner from another apartment that kept running and making noise, and there is a car wash in the courtyard that works every day until late.

Staff on site were amazing and fixed everything swiftly and to the best of their abilities.

The facilities need some investment. The first room had a sofa with metal sticking out of it. The second room we got moved to the fridge was causing the electricity to trip constantly. The third room shower didn't work correctly. Also, a girl and two guys kicked in a door a couple rooms along, which wasn't the fault of the site or staff, who were very supportive after the incident which required us to contact the police, but security at this building needs improving. These people should not have been able to access a part of the floor run by a single company. It's a multi purpose building, so it would be easy for someone to let you in at the ground floor without knowing your intentions. Lastly, each room had a random assortment of kitchen utensils, requiring us to ask to borrow and move them from room to room, which really should be standardised for each room.
