Bed Bugs—-Bed bugs—-bed bugs —-bed bugs I worked in the hospitality industry 15 years, the bed sheets are hot boxed, meaning that instead of putting new sheets on the bed , they steam smoke the room out , go back , make the bed so it softens the sheets to get them back straight. Numerous hairs in bed, no towels upon check in, this property needs new staff and amenities. Staff are rude, entire property smells of marijuana, Jason the General Manager does not dress professionally- Housekeeping team smokes cigarettes right by back entrance door so it fills the lobby with cigarette smoke. Coffee is never filled. One housekeeper- short dark skin with braids was very very rude to other employees as well as the altercation we witness with another guest and the housekeeper. You can hear the vulgar language being used excessively from the team members behind the desk while checking in. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. Not worth the headache and uneasy feeling

Easy accessible from main stream

Room was not clean, has a kitchen unit and inside room and bathroom door have been not cleaned . Also cooking station was grease dirty. It smelled. We stayed 3 days I had to ask for fresh towels. No house cleaning service . No ice maker !!
