The breakfast is great! We had it sent to our room and it was just so lovely. The owners are also very kind and though they do not speak much english they tried to communicate with us. The tents are also very cute and clean.

It is near the highway so the sound of cars passing do bother you at night especially if you are a light sleeper. Was also surprised that they do not offer lunch or dinner but uber eats do deliver so all is good.

Awesome breakfast, friendly managers, great swimming pool.

Some igloos look a bit old/used, decoration was a bit too much.

Estuvimos 5 noches en Guimaglamp.MARAVILLOSO tanto el alojamiento,como sus propietarios,como su perrita que es muy cariñosa ( mi hija disfrutó mucho con ella). Desayuno espectacular,todo muy rico.El trato de Ligia sin palabras, siempre dispuesta y amable. Nos tocaron días calurosos y disfrutamos mucho de la piscina y de los refrescos que tomábamos en la terraza .Sin duda un acierto que nos alojaramos allí. Para repetir!!! Muchas gracias a sus propietarios por todas sus atenciones.

very special place, super nice owners

Based on the reviews and an overall rating of 9.1 we booked a two night stay. As we approached the facility we drove past a nearby cemetery , past a building rubble site , and right next to a major freeway we found the camp. Entering the camp we were absolutely disgusted at the state of the facility : the canvas on some of the tents were torn , all the tents were dirty on the outside, babies nappies were hung out to dry on a makeshift washing line outside one of the tents , and the swimming pool was green. We went to reception and spoke to a very friendly lady to express our dismay at the state of the facility. We indicated that we will not be staying and as we paid the full amount for two nights upfront we had to forfeit our money. Also to suggest that the location is ideal is also misleading. It is approximately 12 kms away from the centre of Guimaraes and for about 6 kms on narrow winding roads. This is definitely a case of misleading customer reviews .

Et skønt sted. Rigtig godt “telt” med plads til to børn og to voksne. Og et badeværelse. Aircondition fungerer upåklageligt, hvilket var godt i varmen. Sengene er lidt hårde, men ok. Skøn pool, dejlig morgenmad og sød værtinde. Vær opmærksom på, at det kan være svært at finde. Adressen på Hotels.com er ikke helt korrekt. Det ville være godt med gps-koordinater. Desuden tager de ikke internationale kreditkort, hvilket var lidt bøvlet. Det bør fremgå af annoncen, så man kan have pengene med kontant hjemmefra. Værtinden er rigtig sød og lavede bl.a. morgenmad til os på et tidligere tidspunkt, end normalt, en dag vi skulle ud på tur. Og til sidst: hvis du drømmer om absolut ro, så er dette ikke stedet. Det ligger lige op ad en stor hovedfærdeselsåre, og man kan høre trafikken. Det generede ikke os, men vær opmærksom på det.
