Location

We were given a room 1 hour late while checking in ( at 1 pm) . But while check out we were called from the reception and were threatened that if we do not leave immediately they will charge us extra . The staff in reception were rude !!! Moreover one of the rooms #216 had serious issues in the bathroom . The swerage water was oozing out of the floor of the dry area and the bathroom was stinking Called the housekeeping who could do nothing said its for maintenance . Asked for changing the room , they said no rooms are available . So pay money and stay in hell !! Incidentally we were forced to pay the full amount upfront at the time of checking in for the entire stay for all the rooms .

The room was awesome. All the facilities were in place and the hotel is in the prime location. Breakfast was nice and tasty.
