"Basic but very affordable"

Very reasonably priced

Very basic, shower was quite cold (not possible to alter temperature), decor very tired and dated, no bin in bathroom, could hear all the sounds from downstairs and other rooms - but in fairness this is all probably reflected in the price

"Nice clean place, pub had really good atmosphere."

Close to donnington race track (12min) and very affordable. Cheaper then renting a van for the day.

Shower in the single room was a little cramped.

Free parking

When leaving early you have to use the fire escape which is dangerous, the steps are steep and narrow. I slipped on the bottom step damaged my left ankle and now am in a boot for upto 6 weeks
