"Comfortable and well located."

Well located for walking the Pennine Way. The room was comfortable. The shower room was modern.

Located on a busy main road, which meant some traffic noise. The welcome could’ve been warmer.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, lovely room and great food. The bar is clearly enjoyed by those in the area - it's cosy and friendly. Excellent breakfast selection and evening meals. Great location for visiting Holy Island and the beautiful coastline.
