I am extremely dissatisfied. I paid for my accommodation through Booking.com. Upon arrival, I was forced to pay again in order for the self-check-in machine to issue the room key cards. I have therefore paid twice for the same stay. I am now requesting a refund of the additional amount charged, totaling EUR 1,100, but nobody is responding to my emails or messages.
