The food was delicious and varied, catering well to different tastes. The service was attentive and prompt, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. i love favehotel pamanukan see you soon......... family and me was happy because this place give me best service

The food was good, and also the staff was kind, and we the service was also good, and based on my last experience here, the food the place and also the ambience giving a good vibes, and I do recomend to stay here as long as you need a place to eat or just for hangout.

This hotel is a new hotel. So, it was generally clean, including the rooms. The hotel staff diligently responded to my inquiries through booking.com. It was also nice that they didn't provide bottled water in the rooms to consider the environment and instead utilized water dispensers.

Because smoking was allowed, there was a strong smell of cigarettes not only in the corridors but also in the rooms. I wouldn't recommend it for non-smokers.

The whole services are absolutely excellent, all staff are friendly, room facilities are good,breakfast serves are tasty and complete, parking area are easy and wide, hope I can visit this hotel again...thank you for whole nice services.
