Twelve Suites was a fabulous stay. The hostess was welcoming and very helpful, not only with check in but also with suggestions for restaurants and activities. She was detailed in orienting us to the suite, which was beautiful, had a great view overlooking the sea and was well appointed with many amenities, from a welcoming bottle of wine, fruit, other snacks and a tote bag to a variety of toiletry items. The suite was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hostess was available for any questions during business hours, but also gave us contact information should we have any emergency. She was VERY responsive to any questions, responding in just a few minutes and gave us a very generous late check out, when requested. Whatever would be needed to use any of the appliances in the suite was supplied. The washer worked great. This was not your ordinary "hotel" experience. The property is located in the heart of the Argostoli business area with many good restaurants and fun shops easily within walking distance. It is right across the street from the sea and there is ample parking in the lot across the street, sea side. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the property was exceptional in every way. Great location, beautiful view of the harbor, close to the wonderful central square with abundant restaurants, very safe and secure. The staff, Elana and Eliana, and housekeeping were excellent. You won’t be disappointed!
