Everything was more than perfect. Utilities, elegance, location was beyond expectation. They waited for us until we arrived late and had the time and patience to explain for us the whole island.

We loved the elegance, comfort and quiet of our Grand Suite apartment. The location was perfect, too - very close to restaurants, groceries and high quality shops. Athina was as helpful as other reviewers have said - the ultimate, welcoming, supportive hostess. She arranged a great tour of the island for us and a taxi to Sami to catch the Lefkada Palace ferry to our next rented home on Meganisi. We highly recommend 12 Suites!! A++

The property manager was so lovely and helpful. The apartments were fabulous in all ways, and in the perfect location to access everything you might want, from boat trips, ferry and bus, to shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.

We cannot think of a better place to stay on the island! We are so appreciative of Athina (our host) who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable in our suite. This was our first stop on our 20-day Greece itinerary - and wow! What an incredible first impression of the Greek hospitality we heard so much about. Athina is a true example of what it means to care about her guests. We are grateful to call her a new friend. Don't hesitate to book a suite here. You will love it!

Absolute luxury !! 5 star location, accomodation and Athena the manager was a star ⭐️ Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we all had a great time. Will definitely visit again and will only stay at twelve suites collection
