"Very bad experience and never ever I would book ticket hotel through Railotel and won't recommend."

Railotel is first of all is not a hotel rather a service provider. I thought its is a hotel and reached coimbatore. I went to the location following the google map sent by their representative and reached infront of an old hotel which was sub-standard. I called them over phone and they told just go to the reception of that hotel. You must think, I, my wife and 4 year old kid is in the middle of the road at 10:00 clock night in a gully. I called and shouted and they send me to another nearby hotel which was also very normal one. I think i paid more for a sub-standard room. The room service was bad and asked to change the bedsheet twice because it was full of stains and stinking. I don't recommend railolet to anyone!!!
