when you try to sleep night there’s a loudly music in the bar under window, and when you sleep morning, you can’t because personal begin a clean and wake up you because there are a thin walls and you hear slamming doors to loudly

DKVery bad service, won’t recommend. We did not get the room we expected, they had to suddenly take one of the beds from our room, the manager could not speak English, the cleaning staff is horrible and you can tell them to bring some toilet paper 10 times and they will still just say okay and not give it. We even had to pay for some towels because of some pots from make up which you could easily clean off in a machine. Overall my worst hotel experience ever, horrible service, cheap hotel who could charge you for everything. Here the customer is never right.
PKthe location is perfect. there are lots of food options nearby. the beach is just a few minutes away.
the budget room so tooo small. pictures make it look like it’s a decent size but it was very conjusted. we booked two rooms and one of rooms’ AC was leaking. there a big puddle of water in the room because of it. even the bed got wet. when we asked the reception to get it fixed, they just handed us a bunch of tissue papers to soak up all the water. the same room which was a superior triple room…was supposed to have 3 beds. but we got one double bed and one metallic frame bed which was sooo uncomfortable. it should have been a proper bed. the receptionist apologized for that bed not being available but they shouldn’t have made the booking in the first place.

Остались 3 ночи, 4 дня, 1 комната на 3 взрослых. Отель великолепный, тем более за такую цену. Перед бронированием проверила несколько отелей в Коньялты, этот был самый лучший и приемлемый. 1. Новый, номера не прокурены 2. Расположение удобное, рядом магазины, рестораны, до берега 3 мин. 3. Хороший персонал, своевременно меняют полотенца, обеспечивают водой/чаем. 4. Скидка постояльцем на пляж в Коньялты. При проверке отеля прочитала отзыв, что шумно из-за бара. Тем более была с мамой, переживала. Ничего подобного не слышали никакого шума. Спали спокойно :) Завтрак достаточно хороший и вкусный, все свежее. Да, телевизор маленький, но думаю сейчас практически никто и не смотрит. Wi-Fi работает отлично, и даже внизу в кафе хорошо ловит. Внизу есть классный бар, отличная музыка, и очень вкусная еда. В общем, рекомендую :)
