Even though it’s on the website, validating parking would be amazing. The extra $21 is a bit steep. The noise facing the street is beyond ridiculous. The front desk admitted to it being a bad problem and no one knows how to fix it. That they asked the city for a noise ordinance but have heard nothing.

Nice carpet in hallway.

They didn’t give us the room we reserved. Instead gave us a handicap room, bed 2’ off floor, water ran all over bathroom floor. Also, came back to room at 4:15 after site seeing, no housekeeping. Had to track her down to get fresh towels.

Great staff and hotel! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. My only gripes are the rooftop bar was terrible. Staff was rude and pompous. Then the pool and hot tub are in need of a good cleaning as well.
