"Worst hotel ever"

Symphony hotel is a BAR Hotel .Not for Families. The hotel management is not interested in Serving the Guests staying here. Treebo customer service is worst and not able to contact hotel directly all calls going to IVR and no way to speak to even the customer care of Treebo. Except some 1 or 2 staffs all others are not even responding to the calls. It’s mainly very far from City (Around 10 kms) and is in a very Remote area. They are only interested in Bar not in Boarding or Lodging. A quite surprised that this Treebo Symphony is a 3 Star Hotel. The food here is very very expensive !!! My Sincere request to all the families who are travelling with kids and elders, Please read Reviews of hotels before booking any room.
