Le personnel était vraiment parfait. Toujours là pour nous rendre service et être sûr que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. D’une gentillesse absolue. La chambre était grande et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming and elegant boutique hotel. We were made to feel so welcome by the staff. Raoul and Leon were really informative with some great tips for places to eat and explore, even taking time to reserve a table at a local restaurant for us, as well as making us a delicious coffee before we headed off to the airport. The staff seem to take a genuine pride in working at the hotel and really care about giving their guests the best possible experience. We have stayed in Menorca many times before, but this was our first time staying in Es Mercadal, and we will definitely come and stay in this hotel again.

La gentillesse du personnel que ce soit à l'accueil avec une mention particulière à Léone qui a le sourire en permanence et surtout de très bon conseil mais aussi aux femmes de ménage qui sont vraiment très très gentille. Petit déjeuner varié et bon Emplacement centrale pour visiter l'île Merci pour ces quelques jours
