LE COXY RESORT

The view from the room and the weather of the location was great .

The room service, the food taste, the weather was too cold but, the staff didn't provide us a heater (no heaters in the room) it was freezing cold, also the staff confirmed us whilst booking that there is wifi facility for the customers in the hotel but when we went there they denied the fact and argued saying that there is no wifi. To compensate us with that issue, they provided us with a electric heat blanket for free which other wise is 350₹ chargeable for a night. Please dont choose this resort. Only go here during summer days. ( I repeat, dont go in winters).

Nice staff, good food and great location

There was no heater in the room and it was -2 outside, the room was like ice, and no heaters were provided, even the bed warmer doesn't work since there is no power and they don't switch on the generator

Location is good

The Service is very very poor.. Electricity problem was there but when I asked them to start generator they said I cannot start now but if I will start I can run only 2hours. This type of behaviour is very poor and food they are serving is way too expensive I booked the room where breakfast is included they kept the buffet with very limited options where as in the menu it was given lots of items but in the buffet it's like way to nothing.. I really didn't like it yesterday me and my wife stayed without lights whole night. I will not recommend anyone to stay there. Such a worst experience. I paid 6000 where I didn't get anything...

No internet, no reception staff, no room intercom, no proper food items

It was in an average to good hotel. Nothing remarkable.
