The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill

“You really shouldn’t misrepresent your rooms. It’s Better to be honest with your guests and state there is no window.” “If we did that it would be a deterrent and no one would book”…. That was how they dealt with us not accepting a room with no window. Well, a fake window to a hallway with no outside. We were then moved to 101 positioned in the lobby next to the main door. She didn’t really try to hard to accommodate with anything saying “oh they don’t answer, that’s all I can give you”. Never an apology or even a care. Faulty Electric switches - had no bathroom light until we found a switch next day by the bed to turn on the bathroom and dangerous as almost fell multiple times in night from shower leakage in the dark. Not able to open the drape as that room is directly at the main entrance of ev one coming / going in. Sleepless night due to huge noise from the lobby A/C and shower was completely groce. We paid top dollar and it was so disappointing. We did eat at both nearly empty restos - good. Brewery closed only open for private parties. No F/U from hotel as of yet. Truly worst stay ever. We moved across the river after this awful experience . Check-in poor. Check out poor - not even asked how was your stay or thank you for staying. Refused to give a receipt saying it was emailed by Expedia. So much potential here in this beautiful property but a complete Fail :(

Unique and fun place to stay while visiting our daughter at college.

This is an interesting hotel. The room was huge. The whole hotel was very clean. The beds were a bit stiff, but linens and pillows were comfortable. Great location!

A unique experience with great amenities and service.

Parking for a handicapped person was awful. No parking anywhere near the hotel. Had to walk like a whole block and nobody to park my vehicle. The front desk clerk couldnt accept my hotel reservation so I had to pay twice to begin with. Got taken care of by a manager before checkout. Our room was no where near an elevator as I asked them for. No breakfast available and only coffee. Rooms are very very basic. Moreless a dormitory room.

Check in was slow…. it was a busy weekend with students and their families for Miami University but they had two people working and one seemed like they were new. Also, I feel there needs to be an update to the pillows in the room as they were not very comfortable and very lumpy.

Loved the high ceilings and the shower water was hot and never ran out .
