Do not stay at this place! The carpet was dirty and smelled like cat and dog pee. The house had just been clean and the cleaning solvent was so strong. It burned your nose. There were crumbs left on the table and it was not a nice place to stay. We did not even stay there. We left and went somewhere else.
This was perfect for our family. Spacious and plenty of kitchen equipment to cook meals. Communication with property was excellent.
The power was out in half this apartment. Customer service showed zero urgency in resolving the issue. Had the nerve to charge me for LATE checkout and I didnt check out late. The power was STILL OUT when we left. Extremely disappointing
Definitely felt like I paid too much for what we got. The refrigerator did not cool properly, the floors could have used a better mopping (there were a few sticky places), one of the sinks stopper was broke making the sink useless, and unless you like 75-78 degree temp the air was not cool. Tried to get somebody out but it did not solve the issue. The pool was nice and refreshing but could use a clean there was a lot of bugs in the water.
