Las sábanas estaban sucias y tenían pelos. No tenían alfombrilla en el baño, el agua de la ducha se salía y nos faltó que en el baño tuviera estantería i similar para colocar las cosas de aseo o neceser.

They provided an alternative after so much trouble they caused us

Well one of the worst experiences of my life: So for starting we arrive at place after 4PM and the room was not cleaned completely dirty, no one had cleaned it - check the photos, garbage and crumbs everywhere they requested us to leave and get back after a team was coming and they offered a beverage - took some hours. After we got back it was decent - but someone randomly managed to enter the room while my girlfriend was in bed sleeping she woke up frightened. Also the room wasnt lockable inside - and they didn't know who was the person - seems they don't change de codes for the doors. I requested support at 8PM they come up with a solution at 10PM after ignoring us for 2h they found other place for us to stay - preciously they said there weren't any when there was the check in issue ( also I have photos and screenshots of everything) They requested us to move to other place two blocks away at 22PM with our heavy bags didn't really provide a solution for the place but moving us- we said we were tired so the response was if we didn't move to the other place and something happened to us it was our fault. So we had to accept it and move to other place which was better but further and had a confusing check in system. So the worst place in booking.com experience never really apologized for the issues and were arrogant with their responses - should have been more aware of our situation clearly lack of responsibility awareness and acknowledgement - never booking with these team again.
