The lodge and tent and grounds were very clean. We enjoyed our time “camping”.
Loved it!
The tent was so clean and had minimal bugs, loved the decor and the bathroom/shower within the tent. Once the windows were closed fully the coldness was bearable with the space heater. The breakfast food options were disappointing though
Glamping but not extreme. Loved our tent, the frogs not so much (kept us up all night lol) but it's all good! Staff was great and attentive. Heated pool and hot tub was much needed after walking Acadia. Highly recommend!
Love this place! Very cool set up. Lodge is nice with a cute little store selling souvenirs and essentials. Tye tent cabin has comfortable beds, nice shower and vanity area. Personal fire pit and screened in porch made enjoying the grounds very enjoyable. I will admit, it takes a little getting used to being able to hear everything your neighbors are doing but that’s how most real camping is too. All in all a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
I am not a camping type person. My husband is a camping in a tent, sleeping on the ground kind of guy. This beautiful compromise was perfect. I got a bed, indoor plumbing, and a great porch for sitting. We used the fire pit every night to relax. The food at the lodge was great and the staff was charming and helpful. Perfect for visiting both Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.
Terrible front desk staff.
It was a great experience! People were friendly and Breakfasts were fresh and delicious. One thing, it was cold at night. Portable heaters were not enough these unusual cold nights in spring.
Wonderful time. The Bee Keeper talk was a highlight!
this is far away from Bar Harbor and Acadia Park. the heaters are Costco quality and the tent was freezing. the area is dark, no lights around tents. We paid for 3 nights but left after the first night due to freezing conditions and no locks on the tent entry. do not stay here.
