"Tolle und ruhige Laga an der Donau!"

Perfekte und ruhige Lage am Donauufer! Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants in der Nähe, Auskünfte dazu erhält man an der Rezeption. :) Zimmer sehr ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)))

Bei der Buchung hatte ich ausdrücklich angegeben, dass ich ein ruhiges Zimmer wünsche, das nicht zur Straßenseite liegt. Trotzdem wurde uns ein Zimmer zur stark befahrenen und sehr lauten Straße zugewiesen. Dort lief bis spät am Abend (ca. 23:00–24:00 Uhr) laute Musik, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich war. Zusätzlich war der Zustand der Toilette sehr unzufriedenstellend. Die Toilette war alt und wirkte unhygienisch, was für uns erhebliches Unbehagen und ein Gefühl mangelnder Sauberkeit verursacht hat. Diese Umstände stellen eine erhebliche Beeinträchtigung unseres Aufenthalts dar und zeigen eine mangelnde Berücksichtigung unserer bei der Buchung angegebenen Wünsche. Daher bitte ich um eine angemessene Entschädigung für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten sowie die fehlende Berücksichtigung unserer Anfrage.
