Holiday Inn & Suites Detroit - Troy by IHG

Some staff were unfriendly. Had to come down to lobby every time I need coffee, will not provide any to my room.

Room amenities, space, parking, the social spaces.

Odd smell of the room, small quality issues with the bathroom.

GREAT OVERALL STAY EVERYTIME.

The only complaint I had was that a maid walked into my room while I was sleeping. She just knocked and then walked in without letting me respond. This really annoyed me a lot. Also, they didn't have any "Do Not Disturb" sign in my room the first night, which contributed to this. However, I will say most of the trip was okay: clean hotel, good cookies at front desk, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Not sure if I'd stay again, but might give them a 2nd chance.

Pool was cold

Great place, reasonably priced and easy to get to off the highway!! Highly recommend!

Best stay

This was my first time staying at any Holiday Inn and I must say I’m impressed! Staff at check in and check were very pleasant and quick, staff at breakfast was also very friendly. My only issue is the room we stayed in didn’t have WiFi like promised, it say that we were too far from router every time we tried to connect. Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Great hotel if attending a concert at Meadows Brook. Bed’s were comfy, room was clean and employees were friendly. There was art work missing from the walls in the room but over all a nice hotel. Breakfast buffet was better than most!
