Das Hotel ist einfach umwerfend. Violetta und Amelia, die das Hotel führen, sind wundervolle und herzliche Menschen voller Hilfsbereitschaft und Ehrlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte auch beim Essen an nichts. Das Hotel selbst liegt perfekt innerhalb der historischen Altstadt von Ioannina. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Eines Tages komme ich wieder hierher!

"Tolles kleines Hotel"

Das ganze Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr auskunftsfreudig und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Ruhige Lage in der Altstadt und nahe an den Restaurants in der Fußgängerzone.

It is a nice hotel WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR and you will have to carry your own bags up the stairs. The parking IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT and took us 1 1/2 hours to find a spot on a Sunday evening at 7pm after driving 5 hours. If neither of those things bother you, it’s a clean, attractive place in a good location and a value for the money.

"the best service i ever received in hotels"

the hotel staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. we add some issues and they do their best to solve them and verify that we are satisfied. also, they recommend a restaurant for dinner. the breakfast in the hotel is very good. next visit to this area I will sure rebook. BTW if you look for a romantic hotel this is the place

Staff was amazing. Albanian girl at the front ( sorry I don’t remember your name )Knowledgeable and pleasant. Afternoon girl girl ( again don’t remember the name ) Very helpful and made an excellent coffee. Spotless clean facility and rooms. If you will be driving keep in mind very very narrow roads since you literally need to enter a castle and drive inside. Very close to shopping and the huge lake. Beautiful area. Rooms are oddly spacious. If you are tall like me (6 5) May want to watch your head at spot STRONGLY RECOMMEND
