Neos Marmaras Family Suite

Very comfortable - perfect for a family holiday.

The suite is located at 5 minute walk distance from the city center. Market, bakery, coffee shops are near by. Also, the Neos Marmaras or Paradisos beaches are at a few minutes distance by car. The apartment is very confortable, it has a kicthen, a balcony from the living, facing the street, as well in the each bedroom. The host offered us informations about the points of interest in the area, such as restaurants, beaches, and stores.

We had a great stay in July! We were welcome by Stelios who walked us around the flat and gave us all instructions. You have all you need - good hairdryer, iron, even a washing machine with few complimentary capsules! Location is great - you have bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy around. It was very quiet over our stay. The bedrooms are overlooking the back yard so no noise is coming from the busy street when your windows are closed. There is a parking for 4 cars in the back yard and parking was never a hassle for us.

Just an idea for improvement - There is only one air conditioner which is in the living room. Maybe in future try to purchase and install one in each of the bedrooms as some summer evenings are really hot in peak season!

Very comfortable and clean appartament. Located near shops, cafes and restaurants but also near to the beach (ca 10 minutes walk with kids and all the stuff;).

Everything was ok.

Good things: > Location close to the central area, about 5 minutes walk to the main sights of the city. > The apartment is large and can accommodate 4-5 people. > It is well equipped.

Things to improve: > A solution must be found for the removal of water from the AC; it is NOT the tourist's obligation to throw the bucket of water when it fills up. > WIFI is a disaster, it hardly works at all! > The cleaning is ONLY on request once per stay which was a big disappointment for us; in the 10 years we have been vacationing in Greece it is the only place that does not appreciate its customers. In all the other locations the cleaning was done every two days and sheets and towels were changed. For the cleaning you have to be flexible and come when the tourists are not in the apartment; they came at 16:00 when my wife had come from the beach and wanted to go to the beach. > In the bathroom the shower hose which is broken and you can cut yourself in it and the drain in the floor which backs up when you take a bath.

The apartment is situated centraly but far away from the street noise. It has a private parking place, 2 terraces, 2 rooms with 4 confortable beds, a living room with a well equiped kitchen. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer and all small things for hygiene. Near the apartment there are 3 supermarkets, one pharmacy and one good bakery for the breakfast. The host, Stelios, is great and very helpfull everytime. Thank you, Stelios!

Very well kept and presented apartment with everything we needed. Friendly and attentive host who took the time to check we had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and lovely large balconies. We will definitely stay again.
