FIRST, THEY GAVE ME A DOOR KEY TO An OCCUPIED ROOM. THEN THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM LIKE I PAID FOR BUT BEING EXHAUSTED AND NEEDING A ROOM FOR A BED AND SHOWER TOOK THE ROOM THEY HAD. HOWEVER, THIS ROOM THE BATHROOM SINK WAS HALF FULL OF WATER THAT WOULD NOT DRAIN. THAT WAS GROSS TO SAY THE LEAST. THEN THE SMELL OF WHATEVER THAT SMELL WAS WAS GIVING ME A HEADACHE IT WAS WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT THIS HOTEL BUT IT WAS SO BAD I WILL BE TRYING OTHER PLACES FURTHER AWAY BEFORE I TAKE A CHANCE AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. I ACTUALLY WANT A REFUND SINCE I WAS NOT GIVEN THE ROOM I PAID FOR AND THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Rooms are comfortable. Food was excellent.

We had someone open our door with a hotel provided key at night while a member of my family was in the shower. They realized there were people in the room and closed the door. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone wasn’t working so I went to speak with them. I was told there was a “mix up” but everything was “ok”. Management was never contacted. I’ve never had someone else open my hotel door, and more importantly, the response was
