Casa Hotel Bremen

The location has in favor that it is very close to the main sites in the coffee region but you are alongside the auto high way and during the day you hear the cars/trucks going by. Breakfast is tasty but simple and the same every day which is good when you only stay for a night or two but gets a little boring if you stay the whole week. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive.

I think breakfast could be more varied also because of the price we paid for it was quite expensive for what they gave us. Also the hotel in general doesn't have a lot of atmosphere... Rooms lack of practical hanging space for clothing and also a place to put the suitcase that is more accessible for elder people. Sidetables where not distributed in a logical way and maybe a little drawer would have been nice.

My flight got cancelled so I didn’t show up until the day after my reservation. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and explained the situation. The lady assured me I wouldn’t be charged for the night since it was out of my control. The next day when I showed up and asked about the issue, I was told they wouldn’t refund me for the first night. Additionally when I checked out they imposed a tax fee, so the price on the hotels.com isn’t accurate. The service, breakfast and overall stay were great but customer service is very poor. It is also right next to the high way and it can get very noisy. I won’t stay here again and do not recommend.
